Mary thing can make kids angry.you may get angrt when your teacher gives you too homework or when your team loses an important game.or maybe a friend borrows your favorite things and then breaks it...And it's also possible to get angry and not even know why.
You have lots of emotions.Angry is one of the wayswe feel.Everyone gets angry.When kids are treated unfairly,anger can help them protect themselves.In fact,it's important to get angry sometimes.But angry must be let out in the right way.The hard part is learning what to do with the angry.
There are different ways people feel anger.Usually your body will tell you when you are angry.Are you breathing faster?Does your face turn red?Do you want to break something or hit someone?Angry can make you say bad things to the people around you.Some people hide their anger deep in hearts.If you do this ,you might get a headache or your stomach might start to hurt.It's not good to hide your angry,so you should find a way to let it out without hurting yourself or others.
Don't lose control if you get angry.Talk about it with people who will listen to you.It helps to talk about your angry with others,such as a parent,a teacher,or someone you like.Once you talk about angry,those bad feelings can start to go away.Here are some other things you can do when you start to feel angry:talk to a friend you can trust;count from one to ten;give a hug;take a bike ride;run around the outside of the house five times as fast as you can;sing a song out loud;think about good things---maybe about s fun holiday or your favorite things,or see a film of American pie...

April 04 Barking man bites a postmanA postman was bitten on the shoulder by a barking man ,according to the police.
Make D.plumb,20,was caught afterhe ran,barking from a house,and bit the postman.plumb said he bit the postman as a joke,and had never done it before.
